Cancellation and payment policy
Cancellation and payment conditions depend on the rate selected during the booking process.
Early Rate | Non-refundable
If you cancel or modify the reservation, or do not show up at the accommodation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
However, you can change your stay dates once, provided you request it at least 72 hours in advance. If the price of the new dates is higher, you will have to pay the difference. If it is lower, the price difference will not be refunded.
The total amount of the reservation may be charged in advance at any time.

Standard rate | Refundable
Free cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before arrival.
Prepayment: Credit card guarantee.
You will receive an email with a secure payment link on the following dates:
- 7 days prior to arrival to pay for the 1st night.
- 48 hours before the arrival date, to pay the remainder of your booking.
You will pay the full amount of the 1st night if you cancel 48 hours before arrival or do not show up.

Entry and exit times
Entry: from 2:00 p.m.
Departure: until 12:00 pm.
You can request a late check-out until 1:00 PM for a supplement of €15. This service is subject to availability.
Pet-friendly accommodation
Barcelona Century Hotel allows pets with prior reservation and payment of the corresponding supplement:
- Pets up to 15 kg: €15 for the first night and €10 per night from the second night onwards.
- Pets up to 25 kg: €25 for the first night and €15 per night from the second night onwards.
- Pets over 25 kg: €30 for the first night and €20 per night from the second night onwards.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or left alone in the room.
When it is necessary to carry out a special room cleaning and deodorizing treatment, a minimum supplement of €30 will be applied.
